The 2022 Heritage Cup Classic Yacht Regatta will take place on Saturday, September 17th, 2022. Now in its 16th year, the Heritage Cup Regatta celebrates the art of wooden boat building and classic yacht racing. Participating yachts include vessels built in the 1900s, 20s and 30s up through their more modern fiberglass counterparts. Divisions for classic wooden yachts (CRF MKII rated) as well as separate PHRF divisions for ‘Good Old Boats’ designed in or before 1995.

The Heritage Cup Classic Yacht Regatta will be hosted at Hempstead Harbour Club located in Glen Cove, New York. Guest moorings will beavailable (call 516-671-0600 or VHF CH 72)

A portion of the proceeds from this event help fund scholarships to Hempstead Harbour Club’s Junior Sailing Program.
